Starbucks Coffee Company

How do I put this lightly.. this is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. This is my local Starbucks and I am ao grateful it is. Most other coffee shops are inconsistent and constantly messing up drinks. Here? 1 times out of 10 they mess up and even when they do it's not even that bad. Keep it up here, everyone who works here is also literally so nice

I genuinely feel that this store needs more credit than they get. This is a smaller store so I understand wait times especially when it gets super busy and there’s a lot of people inside as well as in the drive through. I’ve came inside and ordered and they were pretty busy and the staff was very kind, noticing if I’ve been standing for a bit and asking what my order was or the name to check how many orders were ahead of me. Calling out drinks and making sure if something was done wrong it was fixed. I personally am a patient person so no matter the amount of people before me I will always trust this store to make drinks perfectly whenever I mobile order or come to the location. If your looking to come to this store in the morning please be considerate of the influx of orders that not only this store gets because of the area but also all Starbucks locations.🩷

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited over 20 minutes for my coffee just for my order to be made incorrectly. Forgot my caramel and tastes like straight coffee water.

I visited this Starbucks early in the morning (around 6:30–7:00 AM) and ordered a Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade through the drive-thru. I received the wrong drink (Mango Strawberry Lemonade). When I pointed it out, instead of remaking it properly, the staff took it back, added dragonfruit pieces, mixed it, and handed it back to me. The drink tasted completely wrong — overly sweet and not what I ordered. It was clearly not made correctly. I am attaching photos showing how the drink is supposed to look versus what I actually received. The color alone shows that this was not prepared properly. There was no apology, and the overall experience was very disappointing. I am a regular customer and always tip, so I expected better service. I ended up wasting $7.10 on a drink I couldn’t even drink, and I was late for work because of this. I hope this location improves both quality and customer service.

The grilled cheese was great—perfectly ordered and satisfying. The lemon loaf was a delicious sweet treat! The place is small, but it's a cozy spot.
